Thanks for everyone who suffered through today’s partner WOD “For Boston” 1 mile run with partner 4 rounds for the 4 who lost their lives of: 26 pull-ups 26 KB swings 26 weighted sit-ups 26 wall balls 26 DB squat cleans 26 DB push press 26 squat jumps Then the last 1 mile for those who ran past the 26.2 mile finish line to the hospital to donate blood.
